Yoga Class Beginning Soon!
Join us for yoga on Wednesdays starting May 2nd! The yoga class is a Hatha inspired practice. This means movement with breath. This class can be done at any fitness level, whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner. The class involves a standing series or balancing and flows, transitions into a laying down series and ends with a guided Savasana (relaxation). Please bring your own mats/props/water bottle.
