Blowing bubbles slowly and paying attention to their movements can be calming. It helps you to take slow, deep breath, which relaxes your mind and reduces stress.

Watercolour Mindfulness Paint Kits

Take home your very own self-led mindfulness paint kit to pause, reflect and create in support of mental health week.
The paint kit includes all the supplies that you will need to create a captivating head silhouette.
Pick up locations are the Gibbons Public Library and the Gibbons Family Resource Centre.
