Flowpoint Water Exchange Program
To purchase bulk water from our bulk water station, an account from Flowpoint Water Exchange Program is required. This program allows users to pre-purchase bulk water online using a credit card. The 2021 Bulk Water Rate is $5.82 per cubic meter if you purchase your water at our office. All accounts managed by the user online receive a 10% discounted rate of $5.24 per cubic meter. The Town of Gibbons recommends using a desktop computer for managing your Flowpoint Water Exchange Account. It has NOT been optimized for mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, ipads etc.)
If accessing potable water is an essential service, we highly recommend that you have an alternate account available from another municipality. Sturgeon County (780-939-4321) has numerous Bulk Water Stations throughout the county including one at the W4 Industrial Park. The Town of Bon Accord (780-921-3550) also has a bulk water station.
