Gibbons receives its water supply from Edmonton, giving the system the capability of meeting the requirements of a population of over 10,000 people.
Water and sewage consumption, as well as, garbage and recycling fee areas billed on a monthly basis.
To receive your Utility Bill via EMAIL ONLY, please print and fill out this authorization form and return it to the Town Office. Utility bills can only be in a landowner's name. If you wish your tenant to receive a copy of the utility bill please call the office at 780.923.3331
There are several options for paying utilities. You may pay in person with a debit or credit card, use the after hours mail slot at the front door as well as online through most financial institutions. We also offer a Pre-Authorized Utilities Payment program which is a monthly automatic withdrawal payment program. For information on the Pre-Authorized Utilities Payment program contact the utilities department.
