Residential & Commercial Development

Presently, the Town has approximately 5 1/4 sections or 800 acres owned by developers consisting of Strata Developments, Landrex Developers Inc., Homestead Developments and Triple 5, for residential development.  In addition there is another 280 acres East of Highway 28A held by Prem Singhmar, Surerus Pipeline and Triple 5 for light industrial and highway commercial development.

It is expected that Surerus Pipeline will start development on their holdings this year.

In regards to commercial and multi-family development, J&R Ventures is planning to develop 13,000 square feet of commercial property along with 40 condominium units above it.
